Small sized air-conditioned rehearsal room recommended for solo artists and bands with up to 3 members, possibly 4 depending on instruments. Solo musicians can also book at a discounted rate.

• Natal Cafe Racer drum kit (10", 12", 16", 22") including snare, stool, pedal, snare drum stand, hi hat stand and three cymbal stands (cymbals not provided). 

• Blackstar bass unity 500 combo with expansion cab

• One 4x12 Blackstar cab

• Blackstar Series HT Metal 100 guitar head

• Yamaha DHR 10 PA speakers

• Yamaha MG10X 10 channel mixer 

• Three SE v3 vocal microphones

• Three microphone stands

• Three XLR cables
